What our checking bot does and how to block it for your domain.
ScanCombBot creates NIS2 evidence reports for companies that have their own domain checked. It identifies itself with the user agent ScanCombBot/1.0 (+https://scancomb.com/nis2-check/bot).
- Before DNS TXT verification: only DNS lookups, one TLS handshake and one request to the home page.
- After verification: at most 25 HTTP requests per check, at most one per second.
- No port scans, no forms, no login attempts, no query strings, no attacks.
- HTTP requests only to the apex domain and www; subdomains are looked at via DNS only.
